Welcome to Springwell School
Creativity and excellence are at the heart of everything we do at Springwell School. Children are encouraged to work to the best of their abilities. The academic curriculum offers challenge through innovative teaching and projects, which focuses on developing the talents of each child.
Our aim is that as the children grow in confidence, so does their desire to question and discuss, to reflect and apply their learning. Our distinctive approach to learning, with the creative arts at its core helps children excel academically. Learning through doing, through collaboration, through linking subjects in topic based learning, all lie at the heart of our educational ethos.

Vision and Values
Springwell is a diverse, vibrant community where every child is valued equally, regardless of their social, cultural, religious or ethnic background.
Our goal is to create a culture of learning and mutual respect that enables pupils to develop into confident, independent learners who are also considerate, outward-looking citizens ready to embrace the challenges of modern life. We have the highest expectations of our children because We hold our children in the highest regard, firmly believing in their limitless potential to achieve greatness, just as any child across the country. We know that our pupils are highly motivated and learn best when they face a wide range of challenges without the fear of failure.
We are always happy to welcome parents to have a look at our wonderful school and see why we are so passionate about teaching, our children and the school.

My child was extremely shy and found it difficult to socialise with others. Coming to Springwell has definitely given her the self-confidence to engage and communicate confidently. She has made many friends and simply loves coming to school.

Springwell is a very friendly school and has a warm feel. Staff are very approachable and they care about all the children. I think there is a wide range of activities for the children and the outdoor play space is an absolute treasure given that this is a rarity these day! The children also get the chance to experience activities outside of the school which makes it a well-balanced education and learning for the children.
